The story behind Arada
Arada launched in 2017 and developed its early community portfolio in Sharjah. Its expansion into Dubai was marked by the announcement of Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates in November 2022. This brought its community and landscape-led approach into an established Dubai golf destination, following projects such as Aljada and Masaar in Sharjah.
