Aldar’s development story is strongly associated with Abu Dhabi, with a subsequent expansion into Dubai. In October 2023 it announced Haven as its first residential community in Dubai, introducing a suburban proposition focused on landscape and wellbeing. Athlon followed as another Dubai community developed in partnership with Dubai Holding.
