Identify the exact project

Match the project name and number across the documents you receive. Dubai Land Department offers a Project Status Enquiry service; Dubai REST is another official route. Review the project details provided by the authority and ask for clarification where documents do not match.

Separate official data from the sales presentation

DLD’s project tools provide a route to project information, including status and progress. Record when you checked. Renderings, sales language and proposed completion dates should not be treated as proof of actual construction progress.

Test your payment commitments

Map each proposed payment against your available funds. Consider what happens if completion or rental income starts later than you expect. Have the contract reviewed before signing; the website does not determine your legal obligations.

General orientation, not a personalised legal, tax or investment recommendation. Confirm requirements with the relevant authority.
