Match the advertised details
Compare the authorised record with the company, property and specifications in the advertisement. Ask the brokerage to explain any discrepancy before you proceed.
Reconfirm availability
A valid advertisement does not replace a fresh confirmation of the exact unit, price and proposed terms. Keep the supporting reference with your records and confirm who is authorised to represent the property.
